NORTHERN 3
Following the 2009 and 2010 instalments in the Hokkaido series, this photo book accompanies the third of three chapters of Daido Moriyama’s exhibition “Hokkaido - Final Chapter” from 2011.
After a long 30 years since his last visit, Moriyama returned to Hokkaido to take snapshots from the road.
Originally taken in colour using modern digital cameras, the artworks have been converted into monochrome during the editing process.
