Volume 14 of Keizo Kitajima’s Untitled Records series.
For the series, Kitajima produces four photobooklets per year featuring photographs from all over Japan, from Hokkaido in the north to Okinawa in the far south, focusing on disaster-stricken areas, to collect a visual document of our era.
This 14th volume focuses on building ruins and ghost towns in the prefectures Iwate, Fukushima and Miyagi, and features photographs from the towns of Tanohata, Miyako, Yamada, Omoe, Otsuchi, Unosumai, Ishinomaki, Tsurushihami and Minamisoma taken between 2011 and 2013.
