Published by Akio Nagasawa, Record Extra Issue No.1 Hajime Sawatari X Daido Moriyama is a published account of a collaboration between two well known Japanese photographers. Found within the publication are images taken by each respective photographer as well as a written conversation of which the two artist shared and discussed their thoughts on their own work published within this photo book, as well as those of their past and their opinions surrounding the changing nature of photography in terms of the use of digital or film. The publications cover reflects the duality of the two photographers as well as their similarities, beautifully bringing together two photographers showcasing each with their own distinct and iconic photographic style.
