White and Vinegar
The photographs were taken by almost square instant films and later trimmed 35 mm film format. The book combines Daido Moriyama images and his selected essays written for over 40 years since his youth. The title came from his comment “Even if photography paper and developing fluid would be disappeared, I would not be caring about. I will go to supermarket to buy eggs and vinegar to make cyanotype prints under sunlight using white and vinegar”.
