KOSHOKU PAINTING
Published in 2008 by Rathole gallery and Hysteric Glamour, Nobuyoshi Araki's KOSHOKU PAINTING presents a seletion of the material exhibited at Rat Hole Gallery in 2008 within this photographic catalogue. Designed by Hideki Nakajima, the catalogue includes 18 monochrome prints depicting scenes of kinbaku (bondage) painted over by the artist using a layer of Liquitex acrylic on each of the photograph's surfaces. Araki's KOSHOKU PAINTING was published in a limited edition of 500 copies.
