The ones that come back regardless of the lid are the snowscapes,

where snow has just begun to fall and the flakes show their crystalline form on my coat sleeve,

or the feel of a bluish-white gust brushing my cheek and over my ear.

Such sensations are striking and seem to linger and beset even the scenes of spring and summer.
