Saul LEITER
アメリカ人アーティストのソール・ライター（1923-2013）は、ピッツバーグの10代の頃、絵画と写真に魅了された。1946年にニューヨークに移り住んでからは、その先見的な想像力と芸術的実践へのたゆまぬ努力によって、20世紀半ばを代表する写真家のひとりとなった。生来の好奇心旺盛なセンスから、あらゆる種類の芸術を生涯学び続け、ファッション写真でも個人的な作品でも、長いキャリアを通じて探求心と自発性を持ち続けた。
