Philip TRAGER
フィリップ・トレーガー（1935年生まれ）は、主に建築とモダンダンスの写真で知られるアメリカの芸術写真家。2015年現在、ニューヨーク・グラフィック・ソサエティ、リトル・ブラウン、ウェズリアン大学出版、スタイドルなどから11冊の写真集が出版されている。
トレーガーの写真プリント、ネガ、印付きプルーフのアーカイブは、2006年に米国議会図書館に移管された。米国議会図書館の建築・デザイン・工学センターの創設ディレクター兼キュレーターであるC.フォード・ピートロスは、次のように述べている： 「トレーガーの注意深い目、光と大気のわずかなニュアンスに対する彼の感受性、そして研ぎ澄まされた構造への理解が、アメリカの都市の厳しい風土からパラディオの作品やパリのモニュメントまで、風景を縁取り定義する雲からダンスのドラマの凍りついた瞬間まで、さまざまな対象をとらえ、私たちに新たに見せることを可能にした」。トレーガーの作品の移管が完了すれば、「この類まれな芸術的イメージの宝庫は、学者、写真家、そして一般の人々が何世代にもわたって利用できるようになる」
