Supported by the Panasonic Corporation, IMA Media Project will be holding the exhibition “LUMIC MEETS/TOKYO 2020 BY JAPANESE PHOTOGRAPHERS 9” an exhibition showcasing 9 young Japanese photographers in both Tokyo and Paris.

With the growth in popularity of Japanese artists internationaly, namely that of Nobuyoshi Araki and Daido Moriyama, Japanese photography has increasingly grown in reputation and regard worldwide.

With these developments Shashasha has chosen to focus on young Japanese artists practicing within the field of photography. In the printed edition ‘TOKYO2020 BY Japanese Photographers’ photography magazine “IMA” has selected 9 young Japanese photographers who will be displaying their works in both Tokyo and Paris during Paris Photo.
