Vacuum magazine is back with its sixth issue. Like in the previous five entries, the Osaka-based magazine and its range of contributors offer some of Japan’s best street photography. Each of the contributors (for issue 6: Kosato Matsuoka, Shogo Yamada, Jumpei Seto, Hsuan Lang Lin, Ryosuke Koshino, Jade Chen, Nagisa Goto, Takuya Suzuki, Yuko Hirano and Jun Abe) is given free rein over the theme, subject and edit of their part. The result is a dazzling, kaleidoscopic visual experience of Japan’s streets, shops, malls and trains, presented as impromptu portraits, decisive scenes, humorous situations, surreal encounters and everyday moments in ten different flavors.
