Published on 2008 by Vacuum Press,_ Sakurabito _contains a selection of black and white images which sees photographer Yasuko Noguchi document his surrounding landscape of Osaka in the late 00s. Taken in and and around Osaka city during the Sakura season, Noguchi's photographs present a narrative which captures and presents a beautifully intimate portraiture of a time and place, experiences and reflected back through the lens.
