Published by Shinjuku Shobo in 2011, Yutaka Takanashi IN’ brings together images from three photographic bodies of work. Included within are photographs from SILVER PASSIN’, LAST SEEIN’ and WIND SCAPE, which all seek to document and record the ecological landscapes found within the urban setting. Captured from moving vehicles such as cars, buses and trains, Takanashi's IN’ presents a look into the artificial habitudes of those who have built their lives along varied transportation paths in and around the urban sprawl. The collection of images make an engaging portrayal into a body of work which looks into the makings and built environments of an urban city.
