Taka Ishii Gallery
Taka Ishii Gallery opened in 1994 with an exhibition program devoted to exploring the conceptual foundations and implications of contemporary (photo) graphic practice. The gallery has since exhibited and published the work of contemporary master Japanese and foreign artists and supported the development of younger artists. In November 2018, the gallery inaugurated SHOP Taka Ishii Gallery, a third space in addition to its two gallery spaces in Tokyo.
