This set includes three issues from the Studio Series by British photographer Ian Kenneth Bird. For each issue, Bird visits a different male artist in their studio and photographs their workspace, their artworks (some yet to be finished) and their creative process. Issue #3 focuses on the painter Scott Licznerski, issue #4 on Adébayo Bolaji, and issue #5 on Tyrrell Winston. Bird, famous for his intimate, sensitive portraits of adolescent men, photographs the artists and their workspaces with a light touch, leaving enough space and distance for his subjects to breathe and inhabit the pictures.
