Instant Moments, Tokyo-based Swedish-born photographer Jorgen Axelvall’s first monography, chronicles a short life spent in a New York flat through photographs and the, and was published in 2013, the year he won the Vogue x Bottega Veneta New Exposure Award. The charming, friendly book is composed of Polaroid Instant film photos that Axelvall took of his everyday life and the friends he made while living in Brooklyn in the 2000s. It was designed by Tetsuya Chihara, who was given free reign after hearing the stories behind the images.
