Haru and Mina
Ever since my two children were born, I have been taking picture of them.
Haru and Mina. When I look at them through the finder, sometimes an illusionoccurs that those figures are myself when I was a child. It is a strange feeling, like I am looking at myself living a life all over again, standing in close.
They live their ordinary lives with wonder, just as they are. Those figures mightbe a trigger for people to recall an universal memory of childhood, and thinkabout their own future days.Photography is a gift to the future. When we think of that way, the figures inthese pictures can be themselves, myself and yourself.
