Shigekazu Nagano is a Japanese photographer, born in Oita in 1925. After graduating from Keio University, he joined “週刊サンニュース” as an editor, and after joining “岩波写真文庫” in 1949, he worked as a photographer. 54 years later, he became a freelance photographer, working for photography magazines and general magazines. In 1954, he became a freelance photographer, working for photography magazines and general magazines. He has produced many masterpieces of documentary photography that utilize his unique point of view. Since 1980, he has been actively presenting works in which he continues to photograph the city of Tokyo.
His representative works include “Dream Age” and “遠い視線".
