OHTA PUBLISHING
A subculture publishing company located in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo.
In 1985, the company was spun off from the Ota Productions Publishing Department as Ota Publishing Ltd. for the purpose of publishing books by Takeshi Kitano, who was affiliated with the entertainment agency Ota Productions at the time, and later became a joint-stock company. The company publishes mainly subcultural books and manga.
