The no-frills street photography zine “Vacuum” is back with its third issue. Adding three new members (Jumpei Seto and Natsuko Eguchi from Japan, Hsuan Lang Lin from Taiwan) to the list of contributors, “Vacuum 03” provides readers a nonstop feed of black-and-white street photography from Japan (mainly Osaka) and Taiwan, with words only appearing to announce the artist and the title of the next series of photographs. An energetic, stimulating dive into the City, beyond borders and time.
