Journeying through five continents of the earth by car, Japanese photographers Mikiya Takimoto, Kenichi Higuchi, Chiyoe Sugita, Fumihito Katamura and Shinya Sato used their rare chance to see some of the most remote corners of the globe to retell their experiences in large landscape photographs. One common aspect of the breathtaking photographs – which pay tribute to the natural beauty of planet earth as well as human-made structures like cities – are the Toyota jeeps and pickups that helped the team travel the planet.
