Reijiro Wada
SCAI The Bathhouse’s publication “Reijiro Wada” collects images of several of Wada’s installations. The Berlin-based Japanese artist combines organic and inorganic materials in her work, often incorporating and highlighting the natural decay of living objects (fruit, plants), to create disintegrating pieces of limited continuance.
In addition to the photographs of her installations, the book features several longer texts by curators and art critics Murielle Hladik, Ludwig Seyfarth, Taro Igarashi and Loic Le Gall. All texts are available in their original language and in English translation.
