PEEK-A-BOO
“AR” (augmented reality) is a technology that breathes new life into reality. By augmenting and transforming reality, it shows us another world that should not be visible.
PEEK-A-BOO is a new type of AR-enhanced photobook collaboratively developed by photographer Yuji Hamada and AR creator Matilda. Seen through an iPhone, it shows readers another world beyond their imagination. The interactive experience, shaped in response to the viewer’s movements, also poses new questions about the act of looking.
