Stage photographer/designer Leocampo Yuen spent more than a year lingering in the backstage areas of theatres in Hong Kong to take portraits of 41 theatrical heroes. Each black-and-white image offers a unique visual evocation of the unmistakable atmosphere of theatre, and an insight to the effort and professionalism of the 'elite of the stage'. Among those portrayed are Ringo Chan, Louis Yu, Chan Ping Chiu, and Yan Ming Wai.
