Born 1966 in Frösö, Sweden. Lives and works in Tokyo, Japan.
Swedish photographer and filmmaker Anders Edström is internationally renowned for his nuanced explorations of time, memory, and place.
His work in fashion began in the 1990s when he moved to Paris from Stockholm and met Martin Margiela, with whom he collaborated for many years. The work they made set a new tone in fashion image making and continues to influence and inspire.
